Shipping Policy

When can I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are processed from our store in Hong Kong within 2-4 business days after you receive the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays.

Depending on the country/products, only certain carriers are available. We do apologize that shipment delays may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delays caused by carrier service. 

Due to the COVID pandemic, some locations may have a longer shipment delay availability of local carrier service. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Should you have any questions regarding the shipments, we are happy that you could email us at support@aeroalliance.com.hk to follow up with you.

 

How can I track my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within the shipping time frame stated above of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@aeroalliance.com.hk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only offer shipping services to Hong Kong.


How can I change my Shipping Address?

Changing of address is only allowed 24 hours after placing the order. You may contact us via support@aeroalliance.com.hk  to request for such changes.

 

Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible.

 

Are items shipped together or separately?

We try to ship items within the same order together. However, sometimes we find more fragile or bulky items are better shipped individually. We will email you to let you know when your items have been shipped.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at:

Hong Kong SAR



Our in-store pickup hours are: 

09:00 - 18:30 on Monday - Friday (except public holidays)

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.



After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days, not including backorder products.

We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
